Newborn Care
Whether daytime or overnight care is preferred, your newborn will be my main priority. Assistance with developing a feeding and sleeping routine if desired. Parent education on newborn care topics included.
Postpartum Doula
Individualized support is always arranged. Possible services include emotional support, parent education, sibling care, tidying of the home, running errands, support so you can rest and recover.
Meal Preparation
Together we choose some nutritious meals. I come into your home to prepare these meals for you to reheat and nourish your family.
