Postpartum Doula

Well rounded care focused on the birthing person's needs during the 4th trimester. I'm like the big sister who comes to lend a hand to make sure you get rest, a shower, a decent meal, and bond with baby. I can throw in some laundry, tidy up the house, read books to a sibling and care for baby while you take a bath. Or I can make you a cup of tea while you feed baby and we can chat. Running to the grocery store or other errands for you is also an option. We can discuss which services you might find most helpful.
